Schedule (Subject to change)
Majors will have 1 weekday practice, 1 weekday batting cage session and 2-3 games per week. Games are generally played on the weekends but could be scheduled during the week depending on other town's schedules.
Game schedules vary based on the number of teams and the schedules of surrounding towns. Games may be played in Simsbury, Granby, Torrington, Avon, Canton, and Farmington.

Equipment:
SLL provides jerseys and socks. All players should have softball pants, a glove, cleats, fielding mask and water bottle. Helmets with face cages are required. If players do not have their own helmet, bat or fielding mask, SLL will provide one.

Team Selection
Players are chosen by the coaches in a player draft.  All 10 & 11-year-olds not chosen in the draft will play AAA.

Umpires
These games are umpired by league youth or adult umpires.
